My charge 5 screen is either black or frozen with the FitBit logo on the screen. Goes back and forth. It’s also disconnected from my phone’s Bluetooth, but it IS due for an update. I tried resetting MY FitBit with the button on the usb cord (3 clicks and then wait…) but it just doesn’t work. Maybe it just needs the update to go through. But I can’t reconnect to Bluetooth because the watch won’t turn on. Feels like a catch 22. Help? FitBit support has been…. mostly unhelpful. They just keep sending me the link(s) on the site for how to restart it.
