Last saturday, i got a black screen on my fitbit charge 5 and it didn´t respond anymore.
After a full reboot (with 3 time pushing the recharger), the screen was back. However, time remained the same, and every 5 seconds, the fitbit logo appeared even when the watch wasn´t charging anymore. Battery was running out very quickly (50% in 15 min).
Now time is working back normal and it tracks my steps and km, however the sensors to track sleep, hart rate,... don´t work anymore. I don´t see the lights anymore on the bottom of the watch to track that activity. I deleted the app and installed it again, removed the watch from the app and add it again, did a soft and hard reboot, but it doesn´t work anymore.
Can please someone give advise?
Kind regards

Hi @KEJO ! Warm welcome to the community !
I appreciate your message and the troubleshooting steps you performed.
I'm sorry to hear about the issues regarding the black screen on your Charge 5 and now, for the sensors.
Could you please verify if the heart rate tracking is on ? How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
(Please check in : other settings > Heart rate)
