Around 1am this morning, my new Charge 5 just...stopped recording data. My alarm did not vibrate this morning, which was odd but I thought possibly I had just shut it off in my sleep. I was able to record my morning workout, and it was tracking steps, but not registering any hourly activity or giving me notifications. That's when I noticed it had only tracked my sleep up to 1:06am. When I opened the app, that was also the last time it had synced. I was not able to get it to sync, even after trying all the usual troubleshooting (turning Bluetooth off & on, disconnecting/reconnecting the device, reinstalling the app, etc.) It was also extremely slow to respond when trying to swipe through screens, with 2 screens sometimes displaying on top of each other.
I restarted the device through the Settings 3 times, no change. Finally I did a hard reset by connecting it to the charger and pressing the button on the flat end 3 times. When the screen came on it showed a time of 1:06am, then corrected itself. It started tracking again but reset itself to 0, losing my steps, active minutes, and workout for the day.
Has anyone else had this happen? I've had this for barely over a month. I only "upgraded" because the screen on my Charge 3 just died out of nowhere.

This is happening to me as well since 10pm last night.
Also, the battery has been draining ridiculously quickly since 2 or 3 days ago.
Something is definitely up.
