I cannot purchase premium content. Error message.

When I set up my charge 5, i entered the wrong password.  I got locked out and now it won't let me purchase premium content.  I am able to log in and use a bunch of stuff, but if i try to access premium i get an error message that my purchase failed.  No other options.
