Charge 5 keeps disconnecting from iPhone

Got my Charge 5 today. Set it up and had issues with the update because it kept failing. Finally got it to update but it won’t hold a connection with my iPhone 11. Have restarted the Fitbit several times, turned my Bluetooth off and back on again, and unpaired the device from my phone and nothing is working. Have seen lots of other people have this issue. Would appreciate someone telling me how to fix this.

Thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've been having with your Charge 5. 

 

Before considering other options, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here. Keep in mind that you need Android OS 8.0 or higher or Apple iOS 13 or higher on your phone

 

In addition, make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
