Hello, this has become frustrating above my tolerance point ...
Completely charged Fitbit - I go out of the house and next time I look - black screen and can't be woken up. If I connect it - it shows say 85% charged, and works for a while then this repeats.
Is there some reset? Like 3 taps, 5 taps, shaking - whatever ?
Also it has been very weird with the 'auto detect activities' - it simply does not detect or keeps some activity going (with stupid congratulations!) for days. The way you STOP some activity (say running) is also so weird - you need to Pause, Finish, Scroll, Done etc - why such complication?? My older Charge 3 did this beautifully - but this one has been all trouble... I am a software UI expert and I find the interface revolting - the side swipe simply does not work 80% of the time.
It is also very very stingy in showing the time - the hand turn only works sometimes so I have to try touching it to my face as I am cycling etc and mostly it shows me its black unhelpful physiognomy... tempting me to dispatch it roadside with the first stone in sight...
How about you folks, have you been happy ?

Hello @chasfit , @gennia , @Sandykatej
When my Charge 5 started having rapid battery loss, I restarted and recharged my device multiple times over several days. As soon as I saw a rapid drop in battery, I restarted my Charge 5 and put it on the charger until it was back to 100%, often doing this multiple times in a day. Eventually, this process got my device "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days. Although there's no guarantee that this will work for you, it might be worth a try.
