Charge 5 keeps saying “looking “ when it should sync and cannot manually sync because it says “looking “ and blue tooth is on and WiFi. Sync does not even appear just “looking”

Log out of the Fitbit App. Go to your mobile device and look at the Bluetooth. Try turning the Bluetooth off, restart your phone then turn the Bluetooth on again. Now log back into the Fitbit App and see that fixed the issue. If the problem persist try restarting your Charge 5. You won’t lose any data doing so. Plug your Charge 5 into its charger then press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
