Hi,
In the past few months, my Charge 5 was kept on randomly powered off. Especially, in the morning, when I activated the Fitbit App to synchronize my sleeping details with the device. It always hang in the middle of its synchronization, and I had to place the Charge 5 device back to its charger in order to turn it back on (powered up again) before the synchronization could be continued and completed. Furthermore, the device was even powered off itself at any time with no apparent reasons, and I lost all my exercise data without knowing it until I looked at the clock face and realized that it was off !!!
I am using the Charge 5 everyday and have not changed any settings on it for a long time. Because of this issue, I feel very annoying in using this device again.
Any suggestions on how to fix this problem is welcomed. Thanks for the help in advance!
