Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Trevnune1!
Sad to hear you're having issues with your Charge 5. As a first attempt to get things fixed I'd suggest restarting it. Before doing so you should make sure you've synced your device to not lose any data tracked so far. Next please closely follow these instructions as timing is crucial for this procedure:
1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a reliable power source.
2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times within 8 seconds(!), holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on your device's display
I'd like to point out that it sometimes requires more than one attempt to restart Charge 5. So, before throwing the towel, please give it another try.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Best AnswerThanks for your information. I tried everything you mentioned I just got tired of mess with it. Went & bought a new one. Last one I will buy if this one goes bad too. I will switch to something brand. Again thanks

You're welcome, @Trevnune1.
I can feel your disappointment. With all my Fitbit devices I also had two that went broke, being my Blaze and my Versa 1st gen.
In between going with Fitbit devices, I also have tried several other platforms, the likes from Polar, Basis, Garmin and several others. What always kept me coming back was the overall experience.
Over the years I've 'sold' quite a few Fitbit devices on family, friends and employees of our IT customers, and they all have been very happy on that. I'm sure you won't regret having given Fitbit another chance.
If you have any further question, do not hesitate to come back.

Nice to hear, @Trevnune1.
Charge 5 is a nifty little device offering a bunch of functions, let alone the one phase ECG and the AFiB alert. There's even a dedicated Physician's guide for the ECG app:

That's why my Mom's also wearing one. Without any issues at all.
Keep on moving with your new Charge 5!
