My screen shows no data at all just 5 dots across the top of the screen with a red one in the middle

Hi, @judigee86 as a first step I would recommend a restart . You will not lose any data doing this, and a restart can solve many issues. You should also try changing the clock face. You can do this in the app, and the instructions are here then be sure to sync your Fitbit. If this solves the issue then you can return to your previously chosen clock face if you prefer.

Mine did the same, I let it fully discharge to shutting off with a dead battery and then charged it back up. It came on and so far is working like before.

Yes, letting the battery die completely sometimes can help, but I would first try the simple restart and changing clock face routine first, as that’s the quickest and also best for battery ‘hygiene’
