Whenever I sync my charge 5 it powers-off and I now have to connect to my charger to sync.

Please restart your Charge 5 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi, the problem isn't that it doesn't restart, the problem is that it powers off when I sync if it's not connected to the charger.
