I bought my fitbit charge 5 on 6th jan 2023. I would like to have a repkacement, since it does not work properly. Though it is charged upto seventy-ninetyfive percent , it turns off. It is inpossible to use.
How can I get the replacment? Hiw can I get it work?

You need to contact Support (<-- click link) to start the replacement under warranty process. Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. You may be better off calling & speaking to a support agent. Don't wait to start the process since you're so close to the end of your year of ownership.
