What is causing my Fitbit Charge 5 to shutoff even though there is plenty of battery?

Hi there, @JR0707. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 keeps turning off. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, may I know if this is happening when you exercise or at any specific time during the day?
If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I’m having the same issue. I can look at the watch, do something, go back a moment later and it’s black. Totally unresponsive. And often with plenty of battery. I’ve reset many many times and it keeps happening!!
Why?!?
