it was bought on Amazon.es; I've restarted the charge 5 and the mobile phone, but the problem reoccur

I have owned my Charge 5 for over a year and never had this problem until recently, seems it started after a recent software update.
Today it turned off and I didn’t realize it till late in the day. It’s happens 3-4 times a week and is becoming very annoying. I have done the three pulse restart but a day or two later it happens again.

I've already contacted support
