@Giove007 Thank you for sharing this update.

It's possible the language in the web profile is interfering with the language in your app's dashboard. If you haven't done so already, please try changing the language to English by going to the bottom right of the screen (on the little flag icon) and select and English speaking country.

Hello @Giove007

How are you setting it?  The easiest way is in the App on your phone.  From the Today Screen, tap your profile picture, then App Settings.  Tap on Location, make sure Automatic is off and then change yours to an English-speaking country of your choice.  Then sync your tracker.

Usually when there's a language change, you're prompted to update your Charge 5 and attach it to the charger while you do it.

Hopefully those steps will work for you.

Hi, it's good to see you visiting the forums for the first time, @Giove007

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5.

If you haven't done so already, please try going to your Fitbit app > Tap on your profile picture at the top left > Scroll down to App Settings > Tap on choose location and select and English speaking country > Then sync your device again.

This should help to change the language on the device. If you're trying to change the language on the app, please try the same procedure and you can also change the language on the phone.

Thanks Davide. I did exactly that, opened app... app settings... location to UK (just to get an English country)... while connected for charging synced... result "ancor in Italiano"... still in Italian. Tried exact same thing but not connected to the charger with the same results. I'm thinking that maybe it is taking the language from the time zone that is set to Rome. Not sure, maybe it's a bug?

App language is English

Actually I think the problem is on the Fitbit website. I try to go to modify my profile and it opens up an empty page. Because the www profile is in Italian I think the Charge 5 is taking the language from the www.
