My 16mth old Charge 5 (first fitbit received as a present) seems to be dead. Tried all reset options including 3-button press on charging cable. When it charges, it periodically vibrates and gets really hot, but face never lights up. I’ve had periodic problems but the hard 3-button reset has always fixed it. Is this about right? I thought they’d last at least 2 years
