Charge 5 screen won't scroll

Hi there, @atmdog. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hello, I have changed the clock face, restarted the device and still cannot scroll left or right.

Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, an AT&T 5G smartphone
