I've talked with customer service and no resolution. They transferred me to the warranty group which took over a week to respond and they will not replace my device. This device is barely over a year since purchasing and not worth the purchase. I will have to look into another brand since I'm not happy with my purchase.

Having the same problem. Fitibit is now basically worthless. Can't keep a charge and dies in an hour or two. Less than one year old device....
