After all the issues I now have a new one. When syncing the watch it loses calories burned. I am now being told to just wait for the next update. Just wanted to let anyone else having the issue know and to give up on ever having a working watch at this point

We have added a ticket that will let them know that you have also been impacted. A resolution will be provided via firmware update and app update, so please be very attentive to that.
