Trying to manually enter steps as per guidance but when I click on ‘Track your exercise’ it doesn’t give option to ‘log previous’. Instead it gives two headings ‘Track’ and ‘Log’, neither of which have any data or options when you click on them. Any thoughts?

I just tried that with 'Log Previous'; click under 'Exercise Type' to get list and choose one. I chose 'Walk', then had to choose a distance (rather than steps), but after clicking 'Log It', steps were calculated for that distance. I'm not sure which fields are required for other exercise types.

Problem is I’m not getting ‘log previous’ as an option. I only have ‘track’ or ‘log’ presenting as options and nothing under those headings when I click on either one.

For me (Android), I click 'Days of Exercise' tile, then stopwatch icon at top right to right of gear icon, goes to screen labeled 'Track' with 2 tabs: 'Tracking' and 'Log Previous'.

Hello @SAS7
I’m on an iPhone. If you tap the Stopwatch icon at the top right of the exercise page, you get Track or Log.
If you tap on Log, you get a search box and list of recent exercises. Enter the exercise you want, tap on it, then an option to set a start time and duration comes up. There’s also a calories option if you know how many you burned,
I hope that helps.

Bingo! For some reason the list of recent exercises was not coming up when I tried before, but it is now. Thanks for your helpful advice.
