There are a lot of complaints about charge 5.
GPS, battery, altimeter, connection problems, synchronization problems etc....
Isn't it about time Fitbit took some serious action on this?

😡😠I am seriously considering returning my Charge 5 and demanding a better product!!!!
I have been quite happy with my fitbit charge 5 until about an hour ago, it just died suddenly as I was installing the new firmware, couldn't restart or reset it (according to the official instructions) whatever I did! So bad! 🙄

Best AnswerMine is worse, completely dead since yesterday, wouldn't charge, turn on or reset, have to dig out my old charge 4 to use instead! 😤
Best AnswerFitbit has replaced my charge 5 two times which now means I have had three which have not worked as advertised- I have used Fitbit for over 20 years and this is the worst product to date.
