Charge 5 missing electrode

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The electrode/gasket fell off the back of my charge 5 after about 7 months of use. Now the fitbit won't keep a charge and the battery dies within 1 day. I did all the things suggested in other posts/articles, but the fitbit continues to lose charge rapidly and the HR and sleep monitor is no longer working. Is there a way to replace the gasket/electrode on the back of the fitbit?

Hello @2ndVictoria and welcome to the Help forum.  I'm sorry, but there isn't any way to repair/replace that electrode.  Please contact Support for more help.

Hi,  @LZeeW. Thank you so much for your response. I spoke with someone in customer support, but they denied willingness to address issue since I purchased the Fitbit from Amazon. Since it isn't possible to repair the Fitbit that I've only had for 7 months and I've already read about various issues in this forum, I'm just going to purchase a fitness tracker from another company.
