Charge 5 mmol/L reading incorrect

Charge 5 records the wrong reading on the Today page but on the blood glucose page the reading entry is correct. My reading was 7.9 but on Today page it reads-142.2 mmol/L please help. My mobile is iPhone 11  iOS 15.4.1

142.2 mg/dl =~ 7.9mmol/L

Looks like it is correct but mixing up the units.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes how does one fix this issue? I have done the charge press 3x thingy. My app also has the latest update.
