Hi,
My outdoor workout section on the dashboard shows 7kms done during the workout, but on the distance in the Fitbit dashboard, it only shows that I have done 2kms all day? I don't understand this. Can somebody explain, please?
Thanks in advance

"Outdoor Workout" is full of confusion. I have head the explanation a couple of times but don't think Fitbit has anywhere put in down in black and white exactly what it means.
Here is my take: It is for activities whee you might want to see the distance and track a map, but distance is not really equivalent to as if walking; ex. kayaking, skiing, so distance might be shown but does not really count in daily total, perhaps likewise for steps. But calories burned from increased heart rate do count as normal.

Thanks for the help @JohnnyRow. You were right, once I used the regular "workout" instead of "outdoor workout" it seems to record everything perfectly. Bit weird tbh how they cannot figure outdoor workout to sync to the dashboard.
