Charge 5- more sync problems

I’ve had nothing but probs with my Charge5: won’t sync, though I’ve tried all the hacks suggested (removing/replacing app, switching off Bluetooth, phone etc.). It won’t even sync on time- it’s currently 3 hours ahead of the time on my phone. I’m so frustrated with it and really wish I’d spent more money on an Apple.

Did you try starting the sync on the phone, then going to Settings>Bluetooth and tapping on Charge 5? That worked for me.
