Charge5 recently would not hold a charge, I saw on the blogs that there were recommendations for helping this issue - I tried those and it wont update. The screen wont respond - I get a blank screen and on occasion it will flash the fitbit symbol. I have now removed the fitbit and tried to "set up device" and my phone cannot find it. Yes.....I did follow the directions. This is garbage- I should not have to spend hours trying to get this device on line. It is only 6mo old and I have wasted $140.
