Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article. In addition, try to perform a restart following the steps listed here below, this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar:
The battery can last up to 7 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary, but the battery shouldn't be draining only after one or two days. Keep in mind that some of the feature that can drain the battery more rapidly are:

No problem for 14 months until I installed latest update a few days ago. Now total discharge in a few hours. What is going on at Fitbit? They need to address this urgently.
What we all need is an explanation of why this discharge issue has suddenly become a problem with many owners in the recent past. No problem for 14 months then rapid discharge occurring as an issue. Not good enough
