Why can I not have my iPad and iPhone connected to my Charge 5 at the same time? It is very frustrating to have to keep going back to remove a device then reinstall each time.

Hi, @drachen_nc, welcome to the community, you can only have one device attached to your Fitbit account at any one time. I suggest you pair your Charge 5 with your iPhone (with data enabled to the internet via cell signal) and open the Fitbit online dashboard on your iPad. When you sync your device using the Fitbit app on your phone the online dashboard should also sync (provided it has an internet connection). Under these circumstances, both displays will be in sync.
