Hi So i've just bought a Charge 5 and i find now that i can't download the app on either of my phones, work or personal. they aren't super new, but really?!
So i thought, no worries. My daughter has an Inspire 3 with the app on her IPad, I'll just add my device there. No go. It doesn't look like i can set up a new device without switching from her one, and i can't use a family account because fitbit only allows the ace 3 for kids (which is really dumb).
What do i do? how do i even start to use my device? I don't even really want to app - i just want to watch to work!
Am i missing something? Any advice is welcome.

Hello @AddyHen and welcome to the Community. Fitbit was experiencing a server outage yesterday. It's possible that you had the misfortune of trying to create an account during the outage. The minimum OS is 9 for Android and 14 for iOS. Try again and please come back with more details if you are still having trouble. You need an account for your watch to work.
