No lights on back and no heart rate

Hi there @Montgrew @Jbuxton Welcome to the Community. Allow me to help with the heart rate reading on your Charge 5.

The LEDs on your device are set to shut down if your device freezes or can't find a signal. Note: The LEDs continue to flash if you turn off heart-rate tracking.

If you are not getting heart rate reading, ensure this sensor is activated on your device. Follow thes instructions in the article How do I navigate my Fitbit device? below the section "Charge 5 and Luxe > Adjust settings > Settings app > Other settings
