Is the Charge 5 good for sleep tracking?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

as stated in the title I am looking for a sleep tracking advice. I am currently leaned towards fitbit, since i dont understand why I should pay for a subscription after spending an absurd amount of money on the watch itself.

From what i have heard the fitbit is very small and you dont even notice it while sleeping, also the battery seems great.

How good is the sleep tracking? Do i get all infos like: timing of falling asleep and waking up , restlessnes, time to fall asleep, maybe even body temperature??

Any other models i should look at (i dont really want to spend a lot more money than the 120€ i can get the charge 5 for)

If you need more information to help me feel free to reach out, looking forward to your answers

Hello @jorekco1

The Charge 6 might be a better option for tracking your sleep since it is the newest model in the Fitbit Charge lineup. It's the same size as the Charge 5 with similar battery life, 6-7 days.

This help page provides the information on what sleep information is tracked by Fitbit devices (<-- click link).

Hello @jorekco1 and welcome to the Community.  Sleep tracking is pretty consistent across models.  For an entry level user who wants the basics, please take a look at the Inspire 3.  Its price point is lower than a discontinued Charge 5.  I searched an EU Google Store and it said the Inspire 3 is about 100€.
