Charge 5 no syncing calls or messages

I have a Iphone XR and notifications worked when I first got the charge 5, but has since stopped working.  All apps are up to date as is the phone. I have followed all the directions provided on the website to ensure all notifications are on.  I have restarted my Charge 5 several times.  The charge 5 will not show calls or texts.  Am I missing something.  Thanks

I have Android OS 12 and am having the same issue with not receiving notifications.
