Charge 5 not charging

My brand new Charge 5 is not charging at all.

I tried everything described in help page.

My Fitbit Chage 5 is only 3 months old and now it's stopped charging.  I don't see that you ever gave us a solution.  What do we do?

Hi, thank you for confirming that you're having the same problem with your Charge 5, @agentmom.  

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article. If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here
