Charge 5 not charging

I just bought my Charge 5 in March. Tried to plug it in last night, not charging. I tried cleaning off the watch and the charger, nothing.

Thank you for sharing all these details about the inconvenience you've been having with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. 

 

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the other steps provided in this article. In addition, you can also complete a three pulse restart procedure described here, as this has been useful for other users.
