The Charge 5 wristband is a disgrace to Fitbit. Totally unacceptable. The short band attaches at the last opening making it very difficult to put on. The long band attaches at the 1st opening leaving a great amount of length to stuff under and around the wrist. It has many good features but the band makes it returnable. This is my 3rd Fitbit. Very disappointed..

Thank you for sharing all your feedback about the Charge 5 wristbands. 

 

Could you please provide a few extra details? Wearing and adjusting the wristband should be an easy process and you should not experience any problem. Make to press the band into the end of the tracker until you hear a click and it snaps into place. Keep in mind that the band with the buckle attaches to the top of the tracker. You can find other useful information in this article to properly secure the band. 

 

If you have a specific suggestion about the design of the wristband, I also recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.
