My charge 5 won't charge, My partner's will charge ok on the same charging cable, any solutions on here ?

Hi, @CJ67! That's good to know about your partner. I'd try cleaning the contacts on your charger, and even though your partner's works, I'd still try switching to a different outlet and if you've got it in a charging port, changing that out, too, just in case.
