Charge 5 not charging

Charge 5 no longer turning on since switching to Google. I went to charge, and the Fitbit emblem came up then shut down with a blank screen. What do I need to do to fix this?

Thanks for letting us know that your Charge 5 is not turning on.  

• Have you cleaned your monitor contacts recently?  If you don't please follow the steps in this article How do I clean my Fitbit device?
• How do you charge your monitor regularly? Do you connect it to a computer or use a wall connection?

Once you have cleaned the charging contacts on your watch and charging cable, please restart your Charge 5  How do I restart my Fitbit device?and connect it to the charging cable on a computer and leave it for a few minutes to check if it charges and reacts.
