Did you mean:

Charge 5 not charging

ANSWERED

Hi

To say that I am disappointed into the quality of my FitBit would be an understatement.

How can you justify that a product that I put into service on June 30, 2023 is now obsolete.

it appears to me that it’s so convenient that the product would stop working months after it warranty expires.
It’s now being a full week that I am trying to get this product to charge and work but still nothing. I have tried every possible tutorials for troubleshooting, reading so many pages of defective issues with this product that I am literally drained, stressed and so angry.

This is not acceptable. You can do better than this..

Hi

When I contacted support, I was shocked to learn that all Fitbit could do
is to offer me a 30% discount towards purchasing a newer model. Then I
asked for the “complaint site” and was given this link. I don’t know who on
earth would think that was a good and fair deal after Fitbit purposely
killed my device. I don’t know about you but if this means continuing
standing against unfair and unjust business practices even going through
whatever appropriate channels are available to me.

Thank you again for responding.
