Charge 5 not counting steps

When I am inside a building at work, my Charge 5 doesn’t count my steps.

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about this problem you're experiencing with your Charge 5. 

Could you please provide a few extra details? Let me know if your device is not tracking any steps at all or if the step count is not accurate.
