Charge 5 not holding charge

My fitbit charge 5 has quit holding charge more than 5 hours. It's pretty useless for now. I've tried everything to fix it. It's only a few months old.

Since you say that you've already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps without success and your device is less than a year old, then you should contact Fitbit support (<--click link).
