Can someone tell me if there is still a problem with the Charge 5, it went down yesterday and wouldn’t sync, my charge 4 is working ok, have tried reinstalling Charge 5 just now and still won’t pair, I turned off Bluetooth and back on again and rebooted the device, my iPhone says found it and then won’t go any further!

Let me know if you continue to experience the same problem to sync your data. There was an outage yesterday affecting some Fitbit services, but this should be resolved and you should now be able to sync. You can find more information about this issue here.
