Why will my Charge 5 not sync? I’ve reset the device, deleted the Fitbit app from my iPhone and reinstalled, deleted the device from the app and reinstalled. Stool won’t complete the sync. It shows syncing, but doesn’t finish the process.

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about the difficulty you're experiencing with your Charge 5.
Let me know if you continue to experience the same problem to sync your data. There was an outage a couple of days ago affecting some Fitbit services, but this should be resolved and you should now be able to sync. You can find more information about this issue here.
