Hi, @Friday22 , there has been an issue with the Fitbit servers over the past 36 hours or so, but I think the issue has now been resolved. Hopefully your data should gradually repopulate over the next period while everything gets updated. (It is possible that some data may be lost just during the outage period, but hopefully it will be minimal. Some users have reported missing sleep data, for example.)
I think Fitbit is confident that the issue has now been resolved and you should get full data as expected moving forward.

So my Monday hourly activity under Time to Get Moving is not coming back? It shows 2 hours out of 12 for walking a minimum of 250 steps per hour. I hit 12/12 every single day without fail. Not the biggest deal in the world but annoying to see this 2/12 among all of the 12/12. Any way to recover this data? I keep checking does not update.

My Charge 5 app on my iPhone only displays "Calories" versus "Steps". Also, it no longer tracks Sleep. I contacted Fitbit support twice (via Chat) and they told me it was fixed. It's now Wednesday, Feb 8, and it's not fixed. I live in USA. Is there something else I need to do? I'm about to throw my device in the garbage switch over to Apple.

@homersby , unfortunately no one can be sure whether this data will correct itself, but I am guessing that if it still hasn’t uploaded, given the issues yesterday, you may find that the data is gone for good.
@GuynVA , this does seem to be fixed for most users, so I would recommend logging out of your Fitbit account (as long as you know the email address you used for your account) and then logging back in again. You should find that everything is back to normal.

Just uninstalled and reinstalled and logged back in and still only 2 hours for Monday. Again, annoying for sure and not the end of the world. Just would expect better from Google who should have double/triple/quadruple redundancy and be able to recover just about anything.
