I am so frustrated. I don't care what I do, whether loosen the band, tighten the band, restart the watch, my Fitbit misses my exercise time, doesn't record it. I switched back to the Charge 4 - no better. Ever since the last update, the watch has been awful. Why use it if it is unreliable?
