Charge 5 not recording zone minutes, sleep score and erroneous cal count

Charge five has erroneous cal data, no zone minutes when I have been running and brisk walking, no sleep score and no ecg. Tried unpairing but did not work. I noticed these are not new issues. My charge 2 was way much better.
