Charge 5 not reporting readiness or all health metrics

I wear my Charge 5 all the time. When I charge it, I am sitting at my desk working. It is in contact with my skin on my non-dominant hand. I get spotty O2 ratings, occasional skin temp, sleep hours and nothing else. I've paid for Premium. Frustrated that I've paid for premium and apparently not getting what I paid for. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

For skin temp you have to wear during sleep for 3 days

for rediness score , you have to wear consistently for 4 days during sleep

For spo2 you have to wear daily while sleeping

so wear your band consitently during sleep to get the stats

I have worn it constantly since January. I know I’m supposed to wear it during sleep and I do.

I experienced the same issues with my Charge 5. After all the supposed fixes recommended by FitBit that didn’t resolve the issue I deleted the Health Metrics from my App the reloaded after one day and all the metrics started to work. Hopefully this will resolve your issue as well. Good luck!

How did you delete that section?

Open the Fitbit app to the “today” screen. At the top right is an Edit button. Select edit and you can delete the heath metrics section. Wait a day and then add this back to the app. You will need to acknowledge access to the metrics again. Mine started working in a day or so after I did this.

I have similar issues as the OP did with my Charge 5--health metrics not showing HRV, breathing rate, or skin temp, although oxygen saturation and heart rate are showing.  It seems to track heart rate and resting heart rate, steps, calories burned, etc., OK.  I've done 2 chat sessions with Fitbit CSR (restarts, etc) with no resolution yet.  I'll try your suggestion, LeoC.  Hope it helps.
