Charge 5 not responsive

My Fitbit charge 5 I got last October.

I haven't had it for that long 

Today the screen went white and it won't allow me to do anything besides pop up the white screen whenever tapped.

I'm kinda sad and really hope I didn't break it. I didn't put it in water or drop it/accidentally hit it. It worked fine yesterday but today it died..help?

@Karate123 I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried restarting it? That's usually the first thing I try if my device isn't behaving like I expect it to. 

Here are instructions for restarting your Charge 5, if you haven't done that before.

Since the screen isn't responsive. I used to cord to restart it.

Whenever I click the button my Fitbit vibrations but there's no change.

I'm not sure what to do now
