I have been having the same problem. I expect a lithium battery to degrade, because they've only got so many charges in them but this is a gradual decline. Literally overnight my battery went from lasting about a week to suddenly dying within 2 days. I can't use this to do a workout because it hasn't got enough battery power. It was on 42% when I went to bed, when I woke up it was down to 12% & an hour later it was dead. 🤷🏼:female_sign:
I bought mine in August 2023 & was trying to see if I could at least get a new watch for say half price but I found out it's only got a year's warranty.

Your device's Warranty depends on your country of residence.
Because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary. Could you please charge your Charge 5 battery to 100% and let me know how much time does it last to drain completely?

I've had to put my Fitbit on charge today. That is roughly 2 & a half days from full charge to dead.
---
I partially charged my watch to about 30% because I needed it. I then put it on charge a few hours later & the watch stated it was 64% charged but it was only 30% charged when I took it off charge.
The watch isn't working as it should.
