every since i got this Charge 5 . it wont stay synced, it keeps saying in the blue tooth settings on my iphone , connected , not connected, the scroll bar in the Fitbit ap only goes half way across and stops and yes sometimes it does syncs, but it doesnt stay synced, is this normal for this product?
