I recently purchased a Charge 5 last week and am already having issues. I thought it was working fine for the last week, though I was not receiving any sort of notifications (seems this a common problem). But the biggest issue I have is the goals not being reflected properly across platforms. While it was working fine initially, it seems to be a common malfunction based on the info in the chat boards and forums. The data seems to be reflected correctly for my distance, but not closing out goals properly. The goals that I have set on the app aren't syncing to the website or the device. I set my goal as 5 miles daily on the app, and when I access it, it still reflects that. But on the device and website it says that my goal is 8.05 miles. Even when I log out of everything, log into the website, change the goal to 5 miles save it, log out, log back in to double check, it reverts back to the incorrect 8.05 mile goal, nor does it update the device.
Please let me know what the fix is, as well as what the fix is to properly receive notifications for texts and calls. If there is no fix, I find this as a product defect and will be returning the product for a refund, and going with another brand. Please let me know ASAP, as this seems to be a VERY common issue.
